(Hong Kong, 30 January 2018) Risecomm Group Holdings Limited ("Risecomm Group" or the "Group", stock code: 01679.HK) is pleased to announce the subsidiary of Risecomm Microelectronics (Shenzhen) Co., Limited ("Risecomm Microelectronics") honorably joined the Shenzhen Nanshan District Listed Enterprise Association (“SZNSDLEA”) in January 2018.
The members of the SZNSDLEA include a number of listed Nanshan high-tech companies, IPO incubative enterprises and new three-board corporations. Since its establishment, they have been obtaining all-rounded supports from the Nanshan District People's Government, the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the Shenzhen Municipal Listing and Development Office.
Nanshan, which gathers nearly 40% of listed companies in Shenzhen, is not only a great achievement in building up a high-tech industrial park in Shenzhen for many years, but also an outstanding achievement which Nanshan District Committee and District Government have been doing all along to foster and develop the listed companies. Meanwhile, serving as an open platform in Nanshan, SZNSDLEA dedicated to the listed enterprises, will enhance the synergy between listed companies and other enterprises in the region.
As one of the leader in power line communications and smart energy management solutions, Risecomm Microelectronics has been in the industry over a decade and has extensive product and project experience to provide customers with a one-stop smart energy management solution. Over the past few years, we operated in two major business segments (i) Automated Meter Reading (“AMR”) and (ii) Smart Energy Management (“SEM”), offering PLC products and solutions for a number of PLC applications related to energy saving and environmental protection. These applications include streetlight control, building energy management and photovoltaic power management.
